Thank you for joining my LIVE happy hour Art Tour last Friday! This was episode III. I know many people are heading back to real life and business as usual, as well as their favorite Friday night happy hours, but for now you can still find me right here hosting my art tour at home… not forever, but for now at least. As I shared in an earlier post, my happy hour art tours developed from my time at home and realizing a need to connect with more people, while marketing and sharing my art- and also to hopefully share some entertaining content. I’m just trying to use this time the best I can by creating my own fun! And art show!
As always promised, I showed up with cocktail dress on and cocktail in hand. This week I tried something a little different and made myself a martini instead of the flute of chilled champagne. Guess what!? It was delicious! Highly recommend a chilled glass, for your pleasure of course (I am a Taurus!) I was also celebrating a birthday last weekend, hence the crown. It was kinda like the kickoff to my birthday celebrations!
I also wore one of my favorite cocktail dresses. This one is by Tiger Lily Dress Shop, who was a local Phoenix designer at the time this was made for me. The dress is made of headstock fabric that the designer found at a local Goodwill. I will cherish this dress forever- and there is nothing like wearing ‘made for you’ clothes. It is the epitome of sustainable fashion in my opinion.
